Khan Sir’s Raksha Bandhan Turns into Mega Celebration with 15,000 Rakhis in Patna

Patna witnessed a Raksha Bandhan like never before as India’s most popular teacher, Khan Sir, turned SK Memorial Hall into a buzzing arena of love, laughter, and learning. With 15,000 rakhis tied, 156 dishes served, and a surprise ₹99 online course gift to students, the celebration was less a festival and more a phenomenon.

According to organisers, over 15,000 rakhis were tied on Khan Sir’s hand throughout the day, leaving him joking that his arm had “almost stopped working” under the weight of love. Students from across Bihar – and even from other states – came to express their affection for the teacher who has inspired millions through his unique style of teaching.

In a touching gesture, Khan Sir announced a full GK and GS online course for just ₹99 for all students on the occasion, calling it his “small gift of knowledge” in return for the overwhelming love he received.

The event saw students bringing handmade rakhis, sweets, and personalised gifts, while several shared how Khan Sir’s teachings had changed their lives. Videos and pictures from the celebration have gone viral on social media, drawing admiration nationwide.

With 15,000 rakhis, hundreds of delicacies, and a ₹99 course giveaway, Khan Sir once again proved why he is more than just a teacher – he’s a mentor, a brother, and an icon for India’s youth.
