Jamshedpur: XLRI – Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Accenture to strengthen long-term collaboration between academia and industry.

The MoU, signed during Accenture’s visit to the XLRI campus, lays the foundation for partnerships in key areas such as student hiring, internships, research, faculty engagement, executive education, innovation, and sustainability initiatives.

Present at the signing were XLRI Director Fr. S George, Dean of Academics Prof. Sanjay Patro, and Prof. Kanagaraj A., along with senior XLRI faculty. Representing Accenture were Ms. Lakshmi Chandrasekharan, Senior Managing Director & CHRO, and Mr. Suresh Nanduru, India Lead – Strategy and Consulting Global Network.

Following the MoU, a Leadership Talk was held at Tata Auditorium, where over 1,000 students attended an inspiring session led by the Accenture team on leadership in an AI-driven world, digital transformation, and purpose-led growth.

The partnership reflects XLRI’s commitment to grooming future-ready leaders and bridging the gap between academic learning and industry expectations.
